Return & Store Credit Policy

At Sidney Dreams, we pour love and purpose into every order. Because of the nature of our small business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if thereโ€™s an issue with your order, weโ€™re happy to offer store credit under the right conditions.

7-Day Store Credit Window

If something isnโ€™t right with your order, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request store credit.

To begin the process, please email us at contact@sidneydreams.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

What Qualifies for Store Credit

Store credit may be issued if:

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • There's a clear defect or issue with your order

Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fairness for both parties.

Items That Do Not Qualify

We do not offer store credit for:

  • Sale items or discounted orders

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Digital products, gift cards, or personal care accessories

No Refunds Policy

All purchases are final. Store credit will be issued in eligible cases and can be used at any time on future purchases.
